The Girls' Ice Hockey program at National Sports Academy (NSA) is dedicated to developing strong female athletes and helping them succeed at the next level.
The team competes in a rigorous 7-month season that includes daily on and off training at the Olympic Center, weight training programs combined with agility, balance and coordination routines, and CORE training to enhance each individual's development. The 45 plus game schedule allows the players to compete against top female hockey players and to be seen by a multitude of college coaches and scouts.
