Student Life
A typical day at NSA begins with breakfast at 7:00 am, followed by athletic training at one of the Olympic venues. NSA schedules athletic training first thing in the morning when athletes perform at their peak. Classes begin at 12:45 pm and end at 6:05 pm. Study halls take place throughout the day and evening providing students with ample opportunities to receive extra help from faculty and advisors.
Our NSA community feels like a big family and your best friends live just down the hall from you. It's an experience that will help you learn to become independent and responsible. You'll have chores and responsibilities like dishes, laundry and keeping your room clean, but you'll also have the excitement of freedom and living away from home. You will learn time management skills and learn how to balance work and play. When you get to college, you'll already be a pro! |
